Mobile applications(the "Apps") is a service brought to you by HyongaSoft (the "Company").
Apps is committed to providing quality online activities, app recommendations and information to parents of preschoolers. While we encourage the interactive nature of online media, we strive to promote the online safety and privacy of our users. We may collect information about you through your use of the Apps to provide you with a superior and personally relevant user experience. The information we collect can be personal or non-personal in nature, and may be used alone or in the aggregate with that of other users.
We collect information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners, including information about your use of Apps that we offer. We use information to fulfill your requests for products and Apps, improve our Apps, contact you, conduct analysis, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
Your Personal Information (defined below), for instance, may be used in some cases to recommend products of interest directly to you, and in other cases for market research purposes that support our efforts to deliver a more valuable Apps to our community of users. For example, we may use your Personal Information to contact you with announcements, newsletters and promotional materials related to our Apps or to offer you opportunities to participate in surveys, contests of sweepstakes (any of these a "Promotion") via our Apps. Apps’ target audience is parents of preschoolers and developers. Apps’ design, content, and language, as well as our activities, target a parent audience. If we were to discover that a child submitted personally identifiable information Apps would delete the information immediately.
1. What Information We Collect
In the course of using the Apps, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact of identify you; personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, photo representation ("avatar"), email address ("Personal Information"). We collect your Personal Information in connection with your registration to join our Apps. You can register to join either via an application in our Apps approved network of via our website directly.
When you launch any of our Apps Applications of register to join our Apps via a mobile application created by a Third Party Publisher, we collect your device type, the unique device ID ("Device ID") and IP address, if applicable. "Third Party Publisher" means a third party that has developed its own mobile application that is connected to our Apps. (See "When We Disclose Information" below for further information regarding our sharing of specific subsets of the information we collect from you). We use the Device ID to make it possible to authenticate and understand use of our Apps, or the third party Apps that an Apps User may choose to access through them. Related to this information collection, our Apps may serve ads that contain links to other mobile applications connected to our Apps, and your Device ID enables us to track any clicks you may choose to make. Our use of your Device ID does not enable us to identify you personally, and we do not store this information in connection with your Apps User account information.
We do not store the search information. We collect information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners, including information about your use of Apps that we offer. We use information to fulfill your requests for products and Apps, improve our Apps, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
When you create an email address and password on Apps, we do not collect any information that would allow us or anyone else to identify you. When prompted to create an email address, we recommend you use non-personally identifiable information.
2. How We Protect Your Personal Information
Apps takes your privacy very seriously and employs administrative, physical and electronic measures to safeguard your information from identity theft and unauthorized access. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your account login password of national identification numbers in a non-secure of unsolicited communication. We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored "personal data" (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via email or conspicuous posting on the Sites in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, insofar as consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.

Apps has taken steps to ensure that personally identifiable information collected is secure, including limiting the number of people who have physical access to our database servers as well as electronic security systems and password protections which guard against unauthorized access. This policy, like the online medium itself, is subject to change. We will notify you of material changes by posting them at our site. We encourage you to check back and review this policy, from time to time, so that you always will know what information we collect, how we use it, and to whom we disclose it.
4. Use and Disclosure of Information
Apps may share non-individual, aggregate information (e.g., non-personally identifiable information) about our users internally and externally with third parties, such as advertisers and business partners. We may also use personal information collected on our site internally, however, it is our policy to not disclose externally with third parties personal information collected on our site, except in the following instances:

Apps occasionally conducts user surveys to better target our content to our audience. We sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with advertisers and partners. We never share any information about specific individuals with any third party.

The personal information provided to Apps may be transferred, disclosed or shared with third parties who may be engaged us specifically to handle and deliver certain activities (e.g., message boards) and perform other technical and processing functions, such as sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from registration lists, programming, providing user Apps to our users, or otherwise operating our site. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

At Apps, cookies are used to determine the number of unique visitors to our website over a given period. We do not store any personal information into cookies nor do we link or combine information collected through cookies to any personal information submitted by users when participating in our activities.
